Used in skin products, activated charcoal is effective at treating body odor, acne, and relieving discomfort from insect bites and rashes. It’s anti-bacterial properties help fight blemishes. Activated charcoal aids in drawing microparticles, such as dirt, dust, chemicals, toxins, and bacteria to the surface of the skin, making their removal easier.

EPSOM SALT
Epsom salt adds to the relaxation factor by soothing muscles, softening the skin, and restoring lost minerals and magnesium. Magnesium sulfate strengthens detox pathways throughout the body allowing it to purify itself from heavy metals and other unwanted waste. Additionally, Epsom salt aids in faster recovery after a workout—magnesium helps soothe away soreness, assists in the removal and excretion of lactic acid from muscles, and reduces muscle cramps.
SEA SALT
Sea salt is a natural detoxifier, as the salt absorbs the toxins from the skin. Unrefined sea salt contains essential trace nutrients playing crucial role in healthy functioning of the body: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, bromide, chloride, iron, copper, zinc, and others. Sea salt consists of a similar assortment of minerals and natural healing elements as those found in skin cells—this makes it a perfect natural ingredient to be used for therapeutic treatments and in skin products. Increased circulation, antiseptic effects, soft skin and reduction in fluid retention are some of the additional benefits of sea salt for the skin.
